Location

Open the driver's door and look at the far left end of the dashboard, next to the bonnet-release lever. Unclip the small plastic cover to reveal the fuse panel; the fuse layout is printed on the inside of the cover.

Fuses for the ABS/ESP, airbag and engine control units carry low currents and must only be replaced with the same amperage shown on the lid, never a higher one. On facelift models from around 2012 a couple of positions were reassigned for extra equipment (parking sensors, Bluetooth), so always cross-check against the diagram on the cover before pulling anything. Fuse assignment varies by equipment level and production year. Always confirm with the label on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual.
