Location

Open the bonnet and find the black rectangular box next to the battery on the left side of the engine bay. Release the clips on both sides of the lid and lift it off; the fuse names are moulded into the underside of the lid.

Toyota labels fuses by function (e.g. EFI, ETCS, H-LP) rather than by number; the numbering below follows the usual layout from the lid diagram. A second fuse box is under the dashboard on the driver side. Fuse assignment varies by equipment level and production year. Always confirm with the label on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual.
