Location

The engine compartment fuse box sits at the rear left of the engine bay next to the battery. Release the two plastic clips on the cover and lift it up to access the fuses and relays.

The maxi fuses here protect the high-current circuits feeding the dashboard fuse box and the main engine systems; replace a blown maxi fuse only with one of the same amperage and investigate the cause before restarting the engine. Fuse assignment varies by equipment level and production year. Always confirm with the label on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual.
